Project At-A-Glance

The Clinton Market Collective is a community-based vision for a creative and collaborative space that will warmly welcome residents and visitors to the City of Albany. As a new landmark plaza, 11 Clinton Avenue will be visible from near and far, successfully pivoting visitors to and from points of interest in Downtown Albany and the new Skyway. With opportunities for unique and iconic works of art, pop-up retail, flexibility for events, and inviting space, the newly imagined Clinton Market Collective will provide an engaging, entertaining, and flexible space for leisure activities and special events.
